Hair PRP Treatment
Hair PRP treatment is a regenerative support treatment that uses platelet-rich plasma obtained from the patient’s own blood and applies it to the scalp. The goal is not to artificially change the hair, but to support the hair follicles and contribute to a healthier hair growth cycle.
Hair loss can occur due to several factors, including genetics, hormonal changes, stress, nutritional deficiencies, seasonal changes, and aging. During this process, hair follicles may weaken, hair strands may become thinner, and overall hair density may decrease.
PRP is prepared from the patient’s own blood. After the blood is processed, platelet-rich plasma is separated and applied to targeted areas of the scalp. The growth factors contained in PRP help support hair follicles and improve overall hair quality.
At Efem Clinic, Hair PRP is not performed as a standard one-size-fits-all procedure. Each patient’s hair structure, type of hair loss, scalp condition, and expectations are different. For this reason, every treatment plan is personalized.
Hair PRP may be used to:
-
Support the reduction of hair loss
-
Strengthen hair follicles
-
Improve hair strand quality
-
Support scalp health
-
Contribute to healthier and stronger hair growth
This treatment may be especially useful as a supportive option in the early stages of hair loss, when hair follicles are still active. PRP can be performed alone or combined with hair mesotherapy, exosome therapy, Sanakin, or stem cell treatments for a more comprehensive approach.
The approach at Efem Clinic includes:
-
Detailed analysis of hair and scalp condition
-
Evaluation of the type of hair loss
-
Assessment of follicle activity
-
Personalized treatment planning
-
Ongoing follow-up to support the process
The purpose of Hair PRP is not to create a sudden or artificial change, but to support the natural function of the hair follicles. Results may vary from person to person and are usually better supported through regular sessions.
